  1. CEO (Chief Executive Officer) - The Principal

    • Just like how your school has a principal who makes big decisions about what happens in school, a company has a CEO. The CEO decides the company’s big plans, like what new toys to make, how to sell them, and how to keep everyone happy.
    • Job: The CEO makes important choices and leads the company.
    • Responsibility: The CEO makes sure the company is successful and that everyone works well together.

  2. Managers - The Teachers

    • Think of managers like your teachers. They make sure all the workers in their team know what to do and are doing their work properly. Each department (like math or English class) has its own manager who helps their team succeed.
    • Job: Organize, guide, and help employees (like teachers guide students).
    • Responsibility: They make sure their team completes their work on time.

  3. Employees - The Students

    • Employees are like students, and each person has a different role to play. Some people design the toys, some build them, and others figure out how to sell them. They all work together to get the job done, just like how you work on group projects with your classmates.
